The need is great for those who live in Wilmington. In our efforts to serve the community, our church has been called to focus on the areas of Food, Family, and Homelessness. We serve meals to those who are in need at Good Shepherd Ministries. We also actively support the programs of Nourish NC and the NC Food Bank, who make the “Backpack Program” possible at our local elementary schools. Every week the Grandparents Support Network meets at our facility, and we have the honor of supporting the grandparents and providing services like tutoring for the grandchildren. We welcome the Interfaith Hospitality Network several times a year as we help care for families in transition from homelessness to housing. Join us as we work to serve those in need in our community.
