The Gathering Place is our “Welcome Center” located beside our sanctuary and is a wonderful first stop for our visitors. Enjoy a cup of coffee, nibble on a sweet treat, mingle with our church family if you are inclined (no pressure!), and discover a few fun facts about our community.
Is There a Dress Code?
For the traditional services, some wear coat and tie and their “Sunday best.” Others are more casual, especially since we’re a tourist town and get lots of visitors. We encourage more casual dress for the less formal “blended” service – you can even bring your favorite coffee or enjoy ours.
Entrances
They are all open – so feel free to use any of them.
Front Doors
These are the main doors that open directly onto 3rd st. These go directly into the Sanctuary
Orange St. Courtyard Doors
This door is nearby the nursery and children’s Sunday school classes, so you will see lots of families with young children using this door. It is also the most convenient door to use if you would like to drop by the “Welcome Center” or are attending the Blended service upstairs. Enter this door and head straight up the stairs in front of you to get to our fellowship hall where that service is held.
Handicap Access Door
This door is marked on the map found on this page and will allow access to the sanctuary.
Main Office Door
This door takes you into our main office area, but it also has access to an elevator, and is just a quick walk through a hallway from the sanctuary.
Cameron Center Door
Through this door you will find many adult Sunday School classrooms and also our Youth Rooms are on the 2nd floor of this building.
Infant/Toddler Nursery
We have a nursery for infants and toddlers during all worship services and the Sunday School hour.
Parking Options
We have two parking lots – one lot in front of our main building off of 3rd St. on Cottage Lane and another behind the Cameron Center off of Orange St. There is also street parking found around the church. Handicap and visitor parking are clearly marked in both of our parking lots.

We hope this page has provided you with a quick overview that meets your immediate needs. However, if you would like to connect before your first visit or follow up on a recent visit, please email Laura Tingelstad to assist with your experience. Please make sure to stop by our Gathering Place located next to our sanctuary so we can deliver a warm Wilmington welcome. We look forward to seeing you soon!
